Mission Weekend is 4 weeks away and Camp Gilmont is filling up fast! Our hearts are abundantly full seeing so many families and friends dedicated to serving and spending good, quality time together in ways you just can’t get anywhere else. To “camp” with someone is to really know someone. A unique experience happens at Camp Gilmont - in the peaceful moments where we learn about each other and share our time together. When we know time is finite, it feels something fierce to know our community chooses to serve and build relationships with each other and with God.
But before we dive too deep into our feels, let’s talk about camp! For those who may be new to Camp Gilmont or need a refresher on housing packages, here’s a further breakdown of our packages for Mission Weekend:
- Saturday Day Pass:
- No housing is needed. Only meals and activities for Saturday.
- Rate: $50.00/person
- Lodge Housing Single-Occupancy Package:
- Lodge Rooms: Guests enjoy overnight accommodations with single-occupancy private rooms in the camp lodge. Each room has a private bath.
- Rate: $210.00/person
- Lodge Housing Double-Occupancy Package:
- Lodge Rooms: Guests enjoy overnight accommodations with double-occupancy private rooms in the camp lodge. Each room has a private bath. There are twenty lodge rooms, each sleeping two per room in twin-sized beds.
- Rate: $130.00/person

- Semi-Private Cabin Package:
- Cabins: Gilmont has six log-cabin-styled cabins named after trees found in the camp's surrounding areas. Each cabin has 2 sides with a shared middle room separating each side. Each side sleeps up to 10, 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds. Each side of the cabin has 1 shower, 1 toilet, and 2 sinks. Families will be housed together as one group that occupies one side of a cabin.
- Two cabins are handicap accessible.
- Rate: $85.00/person
